• Perfumery. It is allowed to import 50 grams of perfume and no more than 250 ml of Eau de Toilette.

Customs rules for the import of goods from countries outside the European Union

The following goods can be brought into Poland from a non-EU country by travelers aged 17 and over without paying duties:

• Tobacco products. Air passengers are allowed to import: 200 cigarettes or 100 cigarillos (the weight of each is a maximum of 3g) or 50 cigars or 250 g of tobacco. Land and sea passengers are allowed to import: 40 cigarettes or 20 cigarillos (the weight of each is a maximum of 3g) or 10 cigarillos 50 grams of tobacco. You can combine any of these tobacco products, provided that you do not exceed the total limit.

• Alcoholic drinks. It is allowed to import 4 liters of wine and 16 liters of beer and 1 liter of alcoholic beverages with a strength of more than 22% or 2 liters of alcoholic beverages with a strength of less than 22%.

• Other goods. It is allowed to import goods up to 430 euros for air and sea tourists and 300 euros for other tourists.

It is forbidden to import into Poland:

• unlicensed firearms and ammunition;

• drugs;

• meat, fish and dairy products from the EU;

• endangered species of plant require a permit. You are allowed to import plants, fruits and vegetables for personal use in a small amount. Otherwise, it is requered a phytosanitary certificate.

Rules for the import of pets

For transporting pets to Poland it is required:

• Pet passport issued by a veterinarian

• Rabies vaccination

• International Health Certificate

• The pet must be microchipped or tattooed if it is imported from a non-EU country.

• The vaccination record must be issued at least 30 days prior to arrival and not older than 9 months.

Rules for the import of foodstuffs:

It is strictly prohibited to import:

• milk and dairy products;

• meat and any meat products (except for sliced ​​​​and ready-to-eat sandwiches in small quantities);

• canned meat food (both homemade and purchased).
