In the past, the Aral Sea was considered the fourth largest freshwater reservoir in the world. Nowadays its area is only a small part compared to its previous size. • Petroglyphs of Tamgaly. The petroglyphs of Tamgaly are fascinating with epic hunting scenes, majestic individual figures, and a wide variety of different animals and wildlife.
